Proposed change

replaces #99088 with a version that clears the cache when the config changes

I know we have tests for fan changing config, but we might not for others. Might need to add them

This looks great. Agree about tests - would like to get coverage on all _async_reconfigures.

There was a lot of duplicate code in the Humidifier entity, so I refactored it to have a base class so I could test the reconfigure path since I only have a humidifier and not a dehumidifier to Test with
