Drops the facebox integration

Proposed change

The facebox integration is used by 1 installation according to https://www.home-assistant.io/integrations/facebox/ as of 2024-01-03. This is down from 2 on 2023-12-20.

Users are no longer able to get API keys as per home-assistant/home-assistant.io#29265
