Proposed change

Bum pydiscovergy to 3.0.0 to resolve a version pinning issue with pytz. This version contains a larger cleanup and makes the function arguments kwargs only and the migration to mashumaro.

Just checked the workflow, we now install pytz==2024.1, so everything worked as expected.
