Proposed change
Fix a bug in calendar trigger where it holds a reference to an entity which is not valid given an entity can be reloaded. Instead now it will reference the entity id and lookup the actual entity each time the trigger runs.
This updates the tests in a few ways to make it possible to reproduce the issue:
Add tests that reproduce the issue and also tests robustness when the config entry has been entirely unloaded.
