Proposed change

Add reconfigure config entry support to the Vallox integration.

Yes, use [%key:component::vallox::config::step::user::data_description::state::host%] if I managed to type that correctly.

Thanks! The translation compilation complained, but by removing ::state it worked ([%key:component::vallox::config::step::user::data_description::host%]`). 🥳

These tests handling exceptions and ending with FORM should continue so they either end with CREATE_ENTRY or ABORT.
Now we don't know if the user can continue and recover from the errors.
