Increase MQTT broker socket buffer size

Proposed change

Increase MQTT broker socket buffer size.
It seems messages are dropped if the socket buffer size is too small. This PR sets the default buffer size to 2 MB.

Tested with a test environment with 2000 entities set up via discovery, this seems to solve the issues some users experience with a larger setup.
