Upgrade bravia-tv backend to 1.0.4

Proposed change

This PR upgrades the bravia-tv backend to v1.0.4. This purpose of this release is to:

• Finish volume API updates.
• Fix get_volume_info return value when TV is on and desired output does not exist. (This resulted in TV's falsely reporting as Off for users with audio devices other than default speaker)
• Fix turn_on for select models.
