Bump motionblinds to 0.4.8

Bump motionblinds to 0.4.8 to:

• improve rounding of battery level (from 2 digits to 0 digits due to fluctiations in battery readout)
• improve rounding of calculated position for TDBU blinds (unrounded position gives lots of decimals, now rounded to 1 digit)
• fix time format in message-ID
• prevent error when Stop_listen is called twice
