Bump google-nest-sdm to v0.2.12 to improve error messages by optionally getting error details out of the payload of API calls. The motivation is to better understand opaque 400 BAD_REQUEST error messages with details returned in the API https://developers.google.com/nest/device-access/reference/errors/api
