Breaking change

It's no longer possible to set attributes defined in the climate base component via a configured json_attributes_topic.

Proposed change

Filter MQTT climate JSON attributes so they can not - accidentally or intentionally - override base entity properties.

This is a follow-up of PR #52076, extended to filter climate specific properties.
