Proposed change

Updates tuya-iot-py-sdk of the Tuya integration to 0.6.6; this update fixes the refresh token issues.

Release notes:

Git diff: tuya/tuya-iot-python-sdk@v0.6.3...v0.6.6

Replaces and closes #62729; which was incomplete/doesn't have permissions to fix the gen_requirements_all.

Sorry to sound stupid but I added Tuya through the "Add Integration". I am not familiar with the tuya-iot-py.sdk file. Is this something that has to be manually done or is it automatically updated when the integration is reloaded?
