Proposed change

We don't have corresponding frontend code but this keeps it consistent with the other commands that we changed.

That's correct. It's a combination of the add node functionality with the remove node functionality, so most of the code needed to support this is already available in some form in the frontend, but there's no code to explicitly call this command
