Fix keyboard_remote for python 3.11 #94570

Breaking change

Proposed change

With the upgrade to Python 3.11 the keyboard_remote integration broke.

This PR changes the underlying library from aionotify which lacked python 3.11 support to asyncinotify which is fully supported.

The only test that fails seems to be from a dependency unrelated to this integration and PR.

Our infrastructure will build wheels for evdev after this PR is merged.
