Proposed change
Tried and failed to fix #88643 with #94383 . The tests were wrong because we were checking that the listener gets reattached to the exact same node instance as before the disconnect. But during a real server disconnect/reconnect, the library would create new node instances that would receive the events, so the new listener would never fire.
With this change we retrieve the nodes each time we reattach the trigger so that we are attaching to the current Node instances. Also updated the tests to attempt to simulate this scenario.
