Updates aiohttp to 3.8.5
Release notes: https://github.com/aio-libs/aiohttp/releases/tag/v3.8.5

Addresses GHSA-45c4-8wx5-qw6w, which affects Home Assistant too.

Not going to tag it for 2023.7.3, as that is being shipped today. aiohttp is a critical part of Home Assistant, which we should at least give a nightly before shipping it in a patch release.
