Create pytest output artifact [ci]

Proposed change

Especially when dealing with multiple issues or looking for all the deprecation warnings, I found it quite difficult to look through each pytest jobs and analyse the results. This PR will group all of them into a new artifact which can be downloaded from the actions summary view.
