Add Glance Header/Footer

The request

We have now picture and buttons headers/footers for the entities card. I think a list of sensors (like buttons) can be very useful. The glance card as a header/footer for the entities card. With this feature, lots of people wouldn't have to use a custom vertical-stack-in-card.
