Selecting/disabling Audio devices on add-ons doesn't work

Checklist

• I have updated to the latest available Home Assistant version.
• I have cleared the cache of my browser.
• I have tried a different browser to see if it is related to my browser.

The problem

I've noticed a couple of weird things happening around the audio devices on a add-on configuration panel.

• It seems to have auto-selected the first audio device, even if none is selected in the Hass.io Supervisor
• It doesn't change/read the actual audio device?
• I can't decouple/remove audio devices anymore. After a refresh, it is still be there. (which is not caused by the issues above).
• The save button looks/acts weird.

Able to select/remove audio devices from an add-on.

Steps to reproduce

Install an add-on with Audio Capabilities (e.g., Spotify Connect) and play with the audio devices.

• Home Assistant release with the issue: 0.104.3 / Supervisor 196 (dev)
• Last working Home Assistant release (if known): Supervisor 195
