Proposed change

Add a button for launching the ZHA options flow to reconfigure the radio (home-assistant/core#77044).

Feel free to suggest a better name than Reconfigure. This button will re-launch the ZHA config/options flow and allow for the radio's serial port to be changed, along with re-forming the network, restoring a backup, etc.
