There's still some stale/caching weirdness here, sometimes they appear to share the clipboard and sometimes not.

I've observed the following:

• I navigate to an automation and copy an action (A)
• If I navigate to a script, and try to paste action, there is nothing to paste.
• I copy action (B) in the script
• I navigate to a different script and can paste (B)
• I navigate to a different automation and it still wants to paste (A)
• If I F5 reload the page, and then go to an automation, then it will paste (B)
