Hi!
This PR contains a backport of the existing Fibaro Walli Dimmer definition of the original Open-Zwave project. I tested this on my Home Assistant installation, and it seems to recognize the device. It does however not yet recognize any actions (See screenshot: only sensors, no switches or lights). What that's about I'm not sure, but I hope to find that out along the way in this PR.
One other note: the XML provided in the community thread deviates in one minor way from the Open-Zwave project definitions - those have to do with the Alarm settings (dropdown vs input). I might synchronize that as well.

If someone could point the way as to why I don't see a switch entity I would be massively grateful.
