The new pi-bluetooth packages the scripts and systemd service from the Raspberry distribution package directly: https://github.com/RPi-Distro/pi-bluetooth
The new/deleted configurations are generated automatically, no actual change in this patch.
The xxd tool is useful for conversion in scripts.

The firmware files are now provided by the
BR2_PACKAGE_BRCMFMAC_SDIO_FIRMWARE_RPI_BTBuildroot package. Introduce a new Buildroot package to deploy the Raspberry Pi systemd service/scripts.
