Raspberry Pi 4 dedicated image

Hi,

Could it make sense to have a dedicated build for the Raspberry Pi 4 to use its latest hardware ?
The idea is to have better result for video mainly in term of response time and quality.

This image is built on Raspberry Pi OS, as per #19, when the Raspberry Pi Foundation releases a public (non-beta) build for arm64v8 we'll do the same here.

• how to build my own image from scratch ?
• may I build a fully optimised for Raspberry Pi 4 ?
• may I already could build a 64 bits version ?

I think most of my older changes should still apply, and could be merged now that RPI 64 has left beta.

I've been running an arm64 homebridge without issues for close to two years now.
