I had to update the tests because the new version of jasmine-expect doesn't have toBeTrue, and fixing that meant that the file was fair play for ESLint.

What does this PR do?
This PR doesn't change anything related to the functionality of the library, it just updates the development dependencies and fixes the issues generated by the new version of the ESLint plugin.
