Mouse: BT mouse connects but doesn't work

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Reconnect the mouse
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the mouse pointer to move and have the ability to click items.
I can connect to the mouse and the cursor appears in the upper left corner, 
but it can not be controlled. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
RAD Tech BT500+ mouse on Ver 3.0.1 with BTstack mouse ver 1.0-23116

Please provide any additional information below.

hi. sorry I'm not able to read the HTML logs. Can you just try again with 
current versions of BTstack and BTstack 
Mouse? There have been improvements that could fix your problem.
