This is the second wing of a contribution combo. I frequently edit C# files with VIM and I want to establish default CS (C#) support in snipmate, much like it is for Java today.

I just opened a pull request to vim-snipmate which actually excludes the default cs -> c mapping in order to have a default & distinct cs.snippets file.

This request introduces a cs.snippets file I'm working with for a few months now. I'd be happy to continue on contributing / maintaining the C# snippets file.

Don't add a newline in cc-mode "inc" snippets
