Should think about things like smart inverting EM images (invert image but not black pixels at edges). Thumbnails also have to be tweaked.

This should be very easy to implement with the switch to mipmaps.

9b13d48 deals with inverting EM image contrast. Still have to tweak thumbnails during export.
