test: e2e & unit test suite updates

- Adds a e2e test new case for inheriting/overriding authorization/headers at each level with multiple child collections. - Renames a collection export file under `e2e` test fixtures to follow a consistent convention. - Defines a top-level test suite for the `e2e` `test` command suite. - Cleanup unit test suite.
