Describe the bug
After the new deployment, users has reported inconsistent indication of mapper level on user profile page.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to user profile page on Tasking Manager: https://tasks.hotosm.org/users/Sperberber
  2. Check the topmost section of the user page

Expected behavior
User's OpenStreetMap edit count indicates them as a beginner/intermediate mapper, but the level label indicates them as either intermediate/advanced mapper. Lbelling should be consistent with what is indicated on the edit count.

This categorisation becomes very important as it affects the validation workflow.
