Current behavior

Currently, users receive notifications, but there is no visual indication that they have been viewed or acknowledged. As a result, it can be challenging for users to keep track of which notifications they have already seen. By updating the notification icon, we can provide users with a visual cue that indicates when they have viewed their unread notifications.

Expected behavior

Once a user has viewed their unread notifications, dynamically change the notification icon to a different visual representation by changing the color of the icon.
