+Pomodoro Technique
+==================
+
+HGPA desktop version:
+1. Decide on the task and create calendar event
+2. Set timer for 25 minutes
+3. Work on the task until the timer rings
+4. Make note in calendar event
+5. If < 4 events in succession:
+   - then take short break (5 minutes)
+   - else take long break (15–30 minutes)
+6. Goto Step 1
+
+Tips:
+- If a distraction pops into your head, write it down, but immediately get back on task.
+- Tell people to return in x minutes
+
