There is a small error in configure causing nVidia libraries check always fails.
The problem is in testing undefined environment variable NVIDIA_CLI_VERSION in the file configure.ac, line 290.
The fix is easy: rename NVIDIA_CLI_VERSION to NVIDIA_CLI.
