[feature request] ability to stretch the touchscreen buttons

Right now you can only resize the different buttons.
It would be amazing if you can resize indipendently the orizontal and vertical dimension of any button.

Probably would be better to just get custom touch controls textures, stretching of somewhat low res buttons will end up looking ugly.

Also, separable action buttons would be nice too.

Aethersx2 and Duckstation also have this feature hoping ppsspp will do the same.
