Mod Textures not working in Linux

I have Tekken 7 iso (Modded Tekken 6) with custom textures in /home/user/PSP/TEXTURES/ however when I start the game it's just plain Tekken 6. The game is stored in /home/user/PSP/GAMES/

Replace Texture is checked.

PPSSPP installed via flatpak

I found the folder PSP in /home/user/.var/app/org.ppsspp.PPSSPP/config/ppsspp/PSP and everything seems to work now. I am closing this.
