Limit VPS in Turbo mode ?

I notice that the Turbo mode don't always give the same speed...
For example, if I play MHFU in 2X Render Resolution, I get about 300 VPS while I get about 150 VPS in Fullscreen (1080p)...

So, is there a way to configure the Turbo mode to choose what speed it can make at maximum ?
For example, we can imagine an option which define the maximum speed like :
"Turbo Mode" >> "Max 120 VPS", "Max 180 VPS", "Max 240 VPS", etc
like we can define "Frame Skipping" option :)

Hmm, such low options. I like being able to run Lunar at 3500 vps.

It's true, it will need a limiter at some point probably.
