Enhance Save State Management: Loading

What should happen

When long-pressing a game to go into the context menu for game, it would be nice to be able to choose a save game to launch directly from there.

I know that in the settings of each game you can choose to auto-load a particular save slot on every boot, but this would allow to directly launch the game to a particular save slot on demand thus speeding up the load process by bypassing load screens, additional click to load game and then load save, etc.

Who would this benefit

Anyone who loads multiple save states for games.
