It works fine with v1.1.1-123-gf470ed8.
I notest this on a couple of games...almost always when the characters start to talk or some music start, the music/voice start for like 0.2 seconds then restart from the beginning and continue to the end.

The best reproducible method is on Mana Khemia in Extra=>Music=>try playing Crystallized(it happens on other songs to but the strange thing is that it doesn't happen on all of them)

It's certainly not generically happening everywhere. Which specific games other than Mana Khemia?

It doesn't happen everywhere. It's like it's happening only on certain games that have something in common.

Here are some examples:
Gods Eater Burst - create a new character(male)and in voice type choose jump...almost every single one sound repeated compared to 1.1.1-123
Agarest Senki Mariage - almost every time my character gets a turn he/she says something(some songs are also like that)

I can't really give you a list with all the games on which this happens.I just notest it for a while and finally decided to see whats wrong(if it really was like this before and it looks like it's not)

Seems like 7e05d0d. That's definitely giving me trouble, it's wrong either way, there must be more to it...

Edit: wait, it's not the prefill actually, hmm. Looks like it's the file offset. Tricky... seems like off by one, need to find a good way to test this...
