What does it do?

This program generates a Excel sheet from VE Session Counts at ARRL.

Requirements

Python 3
Other dependencies as specified in requirements.txt
A program that can open Excel (xlsx) files such as Microsoft Office or LibreOffice

How to use

Run create_list.py.
Wait until it completes the process.
Open result.xlsx.
