What does it do?

This program generates a Excel sheet from VE Session Counts at ARRL.

Requirements

• Python 3
• Other dependencies as specified in requirements.txt
• A program that can open Excel (xlsx) files such as Microsoft Office or LibreOffice

How to use

1. Run create_list.py.
2. Wait until it completes the process.
3. Open result.xlsx.
