Case Management

This is the start of a draft case management vocabulary: http://www.visualdataweb.de/webvowl/#iri=https://raw.githubusercontent.com/hserv/entity-tracking/master/case-management-ontology/case-management.ttl So everything can have notes at any stage (that's why it's in the center). First you create a Case. Then set Goals, which have can have Plans to reach that goal. Within a plan are Milestones, and within Milestones can be many NeedIdentifications. NeedIdentifications are from the external vocabulary

Service Transactions
