Enhance LayerManager options with widgets for folder and basemap

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently there are many advanced options when adding data from URL or from File, but almost none when adding data from catalogue.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add somewhere at least option to add the layer as a basemap. Also changing folder and title could make sense.
But no idea where to put these options.... 🤔 Perhaps along the "Add as" box?

Describe alternatives you've considered
Just don't add the options :-)

This was discussed and instead of extending add-data options, we will implement those in LayerManager.
