Oh, a CSV feature would be of huge benefit to our workflow! Please do add a suggestion ticket. For example, one of the main things we are asked for is a duplicates report to show where scanning bureaux have double-scanned documents amongst large collections. This is common practice by bureaux, either inadvertently or deliberately, and important to identify since they charge per image. Another application is where we or the customers themselves weed out duplicates from their database, greatly reducing storage space and improving database efficiency. Many of our customers are from the world of digital preservation, so file sizes are typically large and elimination of the resulting wasted space is important to them. The current case is where documents have been inefficiently cross-referenced over the years and we are helping the customer, a major UK archive, to understand the true relationship amongst their documents; that particular collection is full of "lookalikes" as well as exact duplicates, and the feature would allow us to create exactly the report the customer needs. We have had several other enquiries for similar services, and would expect more if we promoted this capability on our website.
