Support transform

This one is hard. It be worth taking shortcuts here to support a small number of actual use cases:

I use transform: rotate(X) to aim my arrows and icons in my design system. Would love to have support for that one that would simply set the actual rotate in Sketch.

We should probably be able to convert all possible transform values to a generic matrix transform and try to convert to sketch from that.
