added EXPOSE 9061 for additional port
installed required dependencies: libssl-dev, libnet-ssleay-perl, libcrypt-ssleay-perl, tor, iptables
added execution permission to nipe.pl
changed ENTRYPOINT to /bin/bash to keep the container running in the background
