Migrating to 1.0

  • Adjust for API changes for version configuration which does no longer consist of case classes
  • Explicitly configure the location of CSS files to include since global scanning is no longer default behaviour

Cleanup for 0.19 migration

  • Removes the custom landing page template which is no longer necessary - note that the config in code differs in two ways from the landing page that is currently live: the bottom-right teaser is gone ("Cross-Platform") and the link for the API docs is gone. If those were intended to remain, I can add them back.

Already noted on Discord, but the live landing page is published from main and not series/0.23 which is why it does not match the code on this branch.
