This PR is a piece of exploratory work around replacing
requestswithhttpx.The primary intent behind this would be to allow httpie to add HTTP/2 support.
Having worked through both this and through the alternative #972, I don't think this is likely the best way to proceed here, but
I'm opening it up for visibility.
