Add missing search parameters to GHWorkflowRunQueryBuilder

When I initially implemented the workflow run search, some parameters that are now available were not.

We should support them: https://docs.github.com/en/rest/actions/workflow-runs?apiVersion=2022-11-28#list-workflow-runs-for-a-repository .

Typically head_sha is very useful and should be supported.

If noone beats me to it, I'll have a look.
