Branch Explainations
'master' is the latest/current version of Hubble.
The current version of hubble. This should be merged with 'master' and removed.
'develop' branch is the staging area for the next planned release
Any numbered branches are major versions we still support in terms of bugfixes (but they shouldn't receive new features unless the feature somehow addresses a bug).
The 4.1 branch is a very poorly named branch where we're staging changes to remove our dependency on Salt. The branch should perhaps be called 'saltless-hubble' or something similar to that. Although even that it something of a misnomer. Hubble can never truly be Saltless. Once the dependency is removed Hubble will be more like a very lightweight fork of Salt.
The staging area for the Audit V2 refactor project.
A historical dumpster. We nolonger maintain any 2.x versions.
The old staging area for the python2 -> python3 transition. It will be removed fairly soon.
All other named branches should be removed. We do not push feature branches to the repo.
