Breakdown total combined balance and staged balance and fiat conversions

Currently (as of v1.3.0) the breakdown as rendered through WalletsOverview/index.js treats staged balance differently from the breakdown as rendered through WalletTransactions/index.js. In the former staged balance is included while in the latter it is not. The included screenshots outlines the difference by only having one wallet defined in hubii-core, whose staged balance of ETH is non-zero.

Also the USD conversion value on the wallet card in the overview differs from the one in the breakdown, i.e. $8.51 vs $273.53.
