Weather Agent API Keys not available

The Weather Agent uses Dark Sky, but when I go to Dark Sky, they are no longer accepting requests for API keys. Previous documentation said it could use wunderground, but that functionality appears to have been removed. Is there an update planned to the agent?

Dupe of #2732. It looks like there's a PR #2848 to address this, but it wasn't merged as it removed the option to use Dark Sky API, which technically works until the end of 2021 if you still have an API key.

@Enissay I made #2900 to solve it but the maintainers have not reviewed it unfortunately. You could download the plugin yourself however.

@johnmaguire I've seen a fix was submitted last year indeed so I was surprised it was not merged yet..

Given I am new to the tool, can you guide me how to deploy it please ? I am running a docker instance of hugginn

Sorry @Enissay, I stopped using huginn a while ago. I'm not sure the best way to get the agent updated in Docker.
